Sew What's New services all Husqvarna Viking and Pfaff machines. We have been trained by Pfaff and Husqvarna Viking personnel to understand, adjust, and repair Husqvarna Viking and Pfaff sewing machines and sergers. We are happy to take other brands of machines in for service. We have experienced, well qualified personnel who perform the service for us. |
For a period of one year after the purchase of a new machine, Sew What's New will allow a credit of the full purchase price you paid applied to the purchase of a new, higher featured machine, provided the machine is in excellent condition. |
If we do not happen to have, in stock, the item you want, we can normally get it for you and will be happy to order it. |
The Sew What's New policy is to not show our store prices on the Internet, in our advertising, or quote them over the telephone. Also, Husqvarna Viking and Pfaff corporate(VSM) policy prohibits the selling of machines on the Internet or via mail order. It is their desire, and ours, to support the local dealers, so if you do not live in our area or will not be traveling into our area to visit us, we encourage you to work with your local dealer. We are interested in building a long-lasting relationship with our customers and seeking customers who want the same kind of an on-going, positive, and enjoyable sewing experience and relationship. |
The Husqvarna Viking and Pfaff Web sites contain a great deal of information. You can access these sites by clicking on the links on our home page, where it is possible to link to free projects and free designs (including embroidery designs) which can be downloaded, if you so wish. |
